RILEY SET TO RIDE INTO WYOMING SUNSET HE'S RETIRING AS KEYCORP'S CEO.(BUSINESS)

Byline: ALAN D. ABBEY Business editor ALBANY With just six weeks before his wife moves to their new Wyoming ranch, KeyCorp chairman and chiefexecutive Victor J. Riley Jr. said Monday he eagerly anticipates joining her two weeks afterward.

Riley, who was here to attend groundbreaking ceremonies for the University at Albany's new Center for Environmental Sciences and Technology Management, indicated he is ready to hang up his pinstripes and put on his cowboy boots.

``I look forward to this very much,'' Riley said of his move out West. ``Twenty-two years is enough. These have been difficult times in banking. We've worked in good times.''
